The entrepreneur who starts on this path has facilities, since they have the support, the brand, the validated business model and all the knowledge to make it work.

Sebrae studies show that many entrepreneurs start businesses based on the dream of being an entrepreneur, but the learning curve costs them dearly.

Until they master essential aspects of managing a company, such as how to deal with people, providing training for teams, mastery of sales and accounting control systems, cash management, an entrepreneur will still not be able to consider himself a true entrepreneur.

It's not enough to start a company to be an entrepreneur, you have to go from hope to reality.

In practical terms, a franchise will present you with a business model that has an expected rate of return.

To achieve the long-awaited return rate, you must invest your capital, learn what the franchise has to teach you, and work hard to make your unit work.

But the journey from entrepreneur to entrepreneur isn't for everyone.

Many people will have a better chance studying for public exams or in liberal professions, where the chances of winning are good.

People who have survived a difficult childhood, feel unrecognized by the labor market, are broadly sociable and have great learning capacity are more likely to evolve from entrepreneur to entrepreneur.

You can be a successful businesswoman without those traits or life story.

The profile described has more to do with the ability to overcome ungrateful situations with few resources, nonconformity with the means of progression in the labor market, the ability to connect with new people and learn what needs to be learned to succeed in life.
