What if you could see a lot more than normal people?

Imagine having a full view of the intricacies of a market in its own interrelationships and dynamics.

The first step is to know that you really want to know this, as that power will not come without responsibilities.

The first responsibility is respect for the concepts that are used to achieve X-ray vision.

We need to be frank, not everyone understands these concepts and this is natural, people with training in other exact and biological areas are more comfortable with other analysis models.

We make this caveat to protect consultant people in their job of explaining places.

Experiences in projects of this type show us that the relationship of trust in the process and in the professional are central to the discoveries.

If this ingredient is missing, the work may be stuck in useless discussions or arrive at innocuous answers.

The second responsibility is to act on solution paths, never trying to explore bottlenecks or any dynamics that are bad for people.

The profile of a region can always change, be sensitive to propose changes that explore its potential and improve people's lives.

Project presentation (1h)

The consultant will make a conceptual presentation of Geomarketing and how it can be used to understand the complex systems that are cities, in their internal and external relations.

Client-consultant alignment (2 hours)

Clear and sincere explanation of the market's expectations regarding X-rays, making it clear that this is a study built on abstract concepts, although widely accepted by the academic community.

Presentation of references from other studies and some of the concepts such as Spatial Hierarchy, Gravitational Retail Law, Demography.

Development (~hs)

The consultant will look at information about the region to infer its dynamics.

In the first part, you will study the relations between cities, at what hierarchical level this city is in relation to its neighbors and to larger hierarchies.

Publication of three studies:

  1. Region of influence of the cities
  2. Dominant cities in the region
  3. Immediate integration between cities

Alignment with the client (2 hours)

Debate about the main findings and definition of paths to follow.

Understandings on this scale are important for high-impact projects, such as large condominiums, shopping centers, university centers, and the like.

After agreeing on the dynamics between cities, the study can proceed to intra-urban dynamics.

Refinement (~hs)

Development and publication of a last study that reflects the influences between cities in the target city.

Notes regarding accessibility, number of centralities, territorial portions, internal dynamics, and growth vectors.

Final presentation (2 hours)

After this journey, the consultant will present the complete cycle of analysis, learning and conclusion.

This presentation may be recorded for consultation and subsequent dissemination.
